The proposed script can retain the conviction, the wireless-assisted manhunt and the fact that the 1910 jury accepted the prosecution case. Two common formulations require material qualification: the identity of the cellar remains should not be described as scientifically settled, and the familiar arrest wording should not be presented as a contemporaneous confession.

Source provenance
The dossier separates the 1910 trial record, contemporary reporting, Walter Dew’s 1938 memoir, the 2011 peer-reviewed DNA study and the later 2025 call for re-examination rather than blending them into one narrative layer.
The 2011 paper is directly identifiable through the Journal of Forensic Sciences record. The existence of Professor Turi King’s 2025 appendix is independently confirmed by the book’s published contents; any final client reliance on King’s detailed scientific reasoning should follow direct inspection of the appendix itself.
Known limitations
The underlying public methodology record states that original coroner’s inquest material, Bow Street session papers, original pathologists’ reports and the Metropolitan Police investigative file remained unopened at the point of the sample.
A professional dossier records that gap instead of presenting the research as exhaustively closed.
The production value is the action, not the volume.
